Im just a young bloke that has always loved dogs but only got involved in showing dogs in 2006 when I bought my first beagle 'Baxter'. I had no idea what I was in for, but thanks to some help received from local exhibitors, it wasnt long before it became an important part of my life and became a passion of both mine and the dogs. He is a small 13" tri colour beagle that stuts around as if he is ten foot tall and bullet proof and carries himself like runway model who knows exactly how good he looks. He was crowned an Australian Champion at the age of 2 and had taken Best exibit in a show along with numerous group winnings all through out his age groups. He has now sired 4 litters of extremely good quality puppies. I am very proud of Baxter.

After only a few months with Baxter I decided that he needed a playmate and a couple of months later I got my beautiful girl "Bindi", She in herself is quite a character and is very protective of me always trying to starve the others of the attenion that she believes should be hers. Hasn't been the easiest dog to train given her strong instictual blood lines, but has proven to be an excellent companion and has produced and mothered some really cute puppies.

More recently in 2007 we added to the beagle clan a new tan and white girl "Pumpkin". She is a little daddy's girl who typifies the larakin beagle culture. Not many dogs and drag the contents of your shed out in to the yard and look so cute and innocent when being sprung red handed. Has done well in the ring despite her limited oppurtunities to be shown. Pumpkin has only just had her second litter of pups and has turned into a wonderful mature mother.

The beagles keep me on my toes and are always full of energy, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I am only new to the game of breeding and showing but I have learnt a lot in that short amount of time and can proudly say that my beagles are fit and healthy dogs that have the right bloodlines to produce quality pups that can be shown or become loving family members. I hope to establish myself within the beagle scene in Queensland as a quality breeder and exhibitor, breeding great dogs that suit everybodies lifestyle. - You havn't lived until you've loved a beagle!!
